Anna will share with you a wealth of techniques from a decade of experience of teaching in the Mediterranean. Drawing out your individual style while encouraging freedom in your approach. Working in both acrylics and watercolour and including demonstrations this is a course not to miss.
Teaching
Anna employs a free style of painting and brings a wealth of techniques from a decade of experience of painting on location in the mediterranean. She aims to create an environment around her participants to encourage a free expressionist style using a vivid colour palette and a loose style. Her inspiring demonstrations help you to approach a painting from start to finish and you will learn how to freely describe your style in an emotional response to the subject matter. You will also learn about the use of warm and cool colours to create depth and vitality in a painting without getting hung up in unnecessary detail and you will come away with paintings that speak volumes about the locations offered on this luxurious trip.
Ultimately Anna aims to draw out each individual’s artistic style and offers individual help and guidance and feedback throughout.whilst aiming to address all the different levels of the group. In addition Anna has a resource of creativity thinking tips and techniques from her background in coaching to help people get the most of the holiday. Anna works mainly in acrylics but is also happy to demonstrate in watercolour and often uses watercolour on location.
