Costa Brava

Only 60 kilometers from Barcelona City begins the coastal strip of the Costa Brava, which is Spanish for „wild-“ or „rough coast“. The title „Costa Brava“ has its origin in the characteristic, rocky landscape, which extends from the nearby mountain ranges to the sea, where it falls away sharply. The region of the Costa Brava stretches to the Pyrenees at the French border on a total length of 220 kilometers and owns pine-, acacia- and cork oak groves, excellent beaches and all over beautiful nature.
