Northern Ireland
The country of Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom and lies in the north of the island of Ireland. The biggest town of Northern Ireland is Belfast and even if it is absolutely pleasant to spend time in the city, stroll along the streets and taste Irish beer in one of the original Irish pubs, the true adventure of Northern Ireland lies in its nature. The unique landscape of Northern Ireland is characterized by green hills and valleys, rugged rocks and ravines and beautiful lakes and waterfalls. And of course by 500 km of often lonesome coastline. And every now and then you will come across an old castle, monastery ruin or megalith, telling stories of mystic former times. Unquestionably a place for wonderful photographs.
