Scarborough, Yorkshire

Scarborough is an old fisherman’s village in the county of Yorkshire, which lies at the North Sea coast and has its historic old town just beside the harbor bay. It is one of Great Britain’s most popular and traditional tourist destinations, but nevertheless you will not notice that fact in the town’s spirit and vibes. Scarborough still feels like the old fishing village it used to be. The reason may probably be the originality of Scarborough’s local people but also the old buildings in the city and around. Like the remains of Scarborough Castle, which still reside on the neighboring hills after over 2,500 years of wild history.
